Important Information Regarding the HP System/e Rack Mounting Hardware HP highly recommends installing the switch in the optional System/e Rack using only the hardware supplied with the rack. For example, when installing the two inner rails on either side of the switch, you must use the six #8-32 x 5/16 Phillips pan-head screws, and #8 flat washers as specified in the hp StorageWorks SAN Switch 2/32 Installation Guide. The #8 flat washer shortens the #8-32 x 5/16 Phillips pan-head screw so that it does not interfere with the internal components of the switch.
