Each output has a maximum and minimum current rating shown in below table. The power supply shall meet both static and dynamic voltage regulation requirements for the minimum dynamic loading conditions. The power supply shall meet only the static load voltage regulation requirements for the minimum static load conditions. 3.3.4 Dynamic Loading The output voltages shall remain within limits specified for the step loading and capacitive loading specified in the table below. The load transient repetition rate shall be tested between 50Hz and 5kHz at duty cycles ranging from 10%-90%. The load transient repetition rate is only a test specification. The  step load may occur anywhere within the MIN load to the MAX load conditions. Table 21. This is measured over a bandwidth of 10Hz to 20MHz at the power supply output connectors. A 10F tantalum capacitor in parallel with a 0.1F ceramic capacitor is placed at the point of measurement.
