Loosen, but DO NOT remove the clamp that secure the crank handles to the fork. 2. Slide the crank handles up and/or down until the proper tension on the chain is achieved. NOTE: The proper chain tension will be approximately ½‐inch of chain slack. NOTE: If crank is in desired position but chain tension is not correct, links MUST be added to or removed from the chain to correct the tension. This should be performed by a qualified technician. 3.
