Set Zoom Ratio x 1.00 Auto -0.01 x 1.0 +0.01 OK Select [Auto] to automatically adjust the magnification as described in "Auto" on page 3-38. Magnification is not changed (x 1.00) when [x 1.0] is selected. Select [OK] to return to the main menu. The fixed magnifications for reduction/enlargement can also be set to x0.50, x0.71 / x1.41, x2.00. For the setting information, contact your authorized Dealer.

Reduce
The original is scanned and the image size is reduced. The reduction ratio can be specified
by the user.
Select [Reduce]. The menu name is
highlighted and the reduction setting
screen is displayed.
Select [OK] to return to the main
menu.
Select the reduction ratio.
Select [OK] to return to the main
menu.
Select [Zoom] to display the zoom
setting screen.
The desired magnification can be set from
0.50 to 2.00 in 0.01 increments.
The value increases or decreases
continuously while the key is held down.
The set value is displayed in the message
area.
Select [Auto] to automatically adjust the
magnification as described in “Auto” on
page 3-38.
Magnification is not changed (x 1.00) when [x 1.0] is selected.
Select [OK] to return to the main menu.
The fixed magnifications for reduction/enlargement can also be set to x0.50, x0.71 / x1.41,
x2.00. For the setting information, contact your authorized Dealer.
