Authentication Manager 3 Editing a template The information of a registered IC card information template can be viewed and changed. % Specify the settings for the template information to be changed, and then click the [Apply] button. - The detailed settings vary depending on the type of the data specified in a template. - If "Bit" is selected for [Data Type], for settings, refer to "Registering IC card information (when the data type is "Bit")" on page 3-125. - If "Byte" is selected for [Data Type], for settings, refer to "Registering IC card information (when the data type is "Byte")" on page 3-126. - To clear the entered information, click the [Clear] button. Registering IC card information (when the data type is "Bit") If the type of the data specified in a template is "Bit", configure the following settings. Template Name Data Type Start Position (Bit) ID Length (Bit) Conversion Minimum Number of Digits (Padding) Type in the template name. Select the data type of an IC card. Specify the card ID starting position. Specify the length of a card ID. Select a method to convert a card ID. • "Decimal": Converts a card ID to a decimal value. • "Hexadecimal": Converts a card ID to a hexadecimal value. Specify the minimum number of digits for card ID.
