A4 is the international factory default setting. • The menu item applies only when the multipurpose feeder (MP Feeder) is configured for Cassette. From the Paper menu, Configure MP must be set to Cassette. • The multipurpose feeder does not automatically sense paper size. The paper size value must be set. MP Feeder Type Plain Paper Card Stock Transparency Recycled Labels Bond Envelope Rough Envelope Letterhead Preprinted Colored Paper Light Paper Heavy Paper Rough/Cotton Custom Type Specifies the type of paper loaded in the multipurpose feeder Notes: • Plain Paper is the factory default setting. • From the Paper menu, Configure MP must be set to Cassette in order for MP Feeder to appear as a menu item.
