Ready 100% 1 Connect Ready 100% 1 Sending Page X Ready 100% 1 Call Complete Ready 100% 1 Shortcut xx Fax Destination Name Place Next Or Stop Description Prompt to use the numeric keypad to enter the fax recipient phone number. Original documents are being scanned to memory. Fax recipient number is being dialed. Shows connection and baud rate with the receiving fax machine. If error correction mode is being used, ECM is displayed on the control panel. Page X is currently being sent. All the pages of the fax have been sent and the phone line connection has hung up. Fax shortcut has been initiated by pressing #, and then entering the shortcut number on the numeric keypad. Destination Name is the name assigned to the fax recipient. 1 Place the next page on the flatbed. 2 Press Go to continue sending pages. 3 Press Stop to end the fax transmission. The control panel resets to copy mode and the Ready message appears on the display. Receive fax status Message Receiving Fax... Ready 100% 1 Connect Ready 100% 1 Sender Name Ready 100% 1 Receiving Page X Ready 100% 1 Call Complete Ready 100% 1 Description MFP is receiving an incoming fax. Shows connection and baud rate with the sending fax machine. If error correction mode is being used, ECM is displayed on the control panel. Station name of sending fax machine displays (right justified) on top line. Page X is currently being received. All the pages of the fax have been received and the phone line connection has hung up.
