For help, see Customize the print settings. The printer does not feed envelopes or specialty paper Make sure: • Your printer will feed plain paper. For help, see Load the paper. If regular paper feeds without problems, load the envelopes or specialty paper vertically against the right side of the sheet feeder. Make sure the paper guide is against the left side of the envelopes. For help, see Load the envelopes. • The appropriate envelope or specialty paper size is selected in the printer software. For help, see Printing ideas. • You are using a specialty paper or envelope size supported by your printer. • Your software application is designed to print envelopes. For help, check the documentation that came with your software application. • Your stack of paper in the sheet feeder does not exceed 10 mm (0.39 in.) in height. • You loaded the envelopes, or specialty paper correctly.
