(You can also connect the Network Attached Storage directly to a computer.) The PRINTER port connects to a printer using a parallel cable. This button is used to reset the Network Attached Storage's IP address and password to their factory defaults. Press and hold this button for three seconds. The IP address will be reset to the default value of 192.168.1.77, with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, and the password will be reset to its default, admin. After the reset has occurred, the Network Attached Storage will beep once. Connect the power adapter here. IMPORTANT: Never remove the power adapter while the Network Attached Storage is powered on. Make sure you press the power button on the front panel to power off the Network Attached Storage before removing the power adapter.
