Setting Up Service Ⅲ Insert the bottom of the battery into the battery area: ● Insert the battery into the opening, making sure the connectors align. Gently press down to secure the battery. Ⅲ Place the battery door over the battery opening and slide it upward until it locks into place. Ⅲ If your phone is not yet activated, or if it is locked, see "Activating Your Phone" on page 4 for more information. 3. Make your first call. Ⅲ Use your keypad to enter a phone number. Ⅲ Press N. Note Your phone's battery should have enough charge for your phone to turn on and find a signal, set up your voicemail, and make a call. You should fully charge your battery as soon as possible.
