ProSafe Wireless-N Access Point WNAP210 Reference Manual To view the Wireless Stations list: 1. Select Monitoring > Wireless Stations. The Wireless Stations list displays, as shown in Figure 3-13. Figure 3-13 2. Click Refresh to update the list. Tip: If the wireless access point is rebooted, the table data is lost until the wireless access point rediscovers the devices. To force the wireless access point to look for associated devices, click the Refresh button. Enabling Rogue AP Detection The WNAP210 can detect rogue APs and wireless stations and can prevent them from connecting to the WNAP210. The WNAP210 maintains a list of access points and wireless stations that it detects in the area. Initially all detected access points are displayed in the Unknown AP List. You restrict communication to approved access points by adding them to the Known AP List and enabling rogue AP detection. To enable rogue AP detection: 1. Select Configuration > Security > Advanced > Rogue AP. The Rogue AP screen displays, as shown in Figure 3-8 below. 3-16 v1.0 March 2009 Management

Enabling Rogue AP Detection
The WNAP210 can detect rogue APs and wireless stations and can prevent them from connecting
to the WNAP210. The WNAP210 maintains a list of access points and wireless stations that it
detects in the area. Initially all detected access points are displayed in the
Unknown AP List
. You
restrict communication to approved access points by adding them to the
Known AP List
and
enabling rogue AP detection. To enable rogue AP detection:

Select
Configuration > Security
>
Advanced > Rogue AP
. The Rogue AP screen displays,
as shown in
Figure 3-8
below.
