Turning ON the Recorder 1 With the battery in the recorder and the card inserted properly, the recorder is ready to work. While the power switch on the back of the recorder is in the OFF position, none of the buttons or switch on the recorder will be active. Slide the power switch to the ON position to activate the recorder. Turning ON the Recorder/ Power Save Mode Power Save Mode When the recorder is ON but not in use for 10 minutes, it will switch to power save mode automatically. To reactivate the recorder again, press any of the buttons on the recorder. 12

Turning ON the Recorder
With the battery in the recorder and the card inserted properly,
the recorder is ready to work.
While the power switch on the back of the recorder is in the
OFF position, none of the buttons or switch on the recorder
will be active. Slide the power switch to the ON position to
activate the recorder.
Power Save Mode
When the recorder is ON but not in use for 10 minutes, it will switch to power save mode
automatically. To reactivate the recorder again, press any of the buttons on the recorder.
