Backlight (BACKLIGHT) The recorder display backlight is ON by default. The display will lit for about 15 seconds when a button on the recorder is pressed. The backlight feature can be turned off from the menu. 2,4,6 1 Press and hold the FOLDER/ MENU button for 1 second or longer. The menu appears ( P.41). 3 Backlight (BACKLIGHT) 2 Press the FF or REW button to choose "SUB MENU", and press 3,5 the REC button. The sub menu appears ( P.41). 1,7 3 Press the FF or REW button until "BACKLIGHT" flashes on the display. 4 Press the REC button. The backlight setup process begins. EXIT SUB MENU VCVA REC MODE SUB MENU CONTRAST BACKLIGHT TIME&DATE 5 Press the FF or REW button to choose between "ON" and "OFF". ON: Backlight is enabled. OFF: Backlight is disabled.
