Erasing Erasing Notes • An erased file cannot be restored. • The locked files and the files that are set to read-only will not be erased ( P.34). • If the ERASE button or the OK button is not pressed within 8 seconds after the erase mode display flashes, the recorder will return to the stop status. • Completion of erasing may take about over 10 seconds. Never do anything during this period because data may be corrupted. 5 72
