Troubleshooting Displayed code C-22 C-23 C-30 C-31 -dC- Possible cause Solution The sub PCB sensor is open when the oven is operating. There is a short in the sub PCB sensor. The temperature probe sensor is short when the oven is operating. The main PCB sensor is open when the oven is operating. There is a short in the main PCB sensor. Press OFF, and then restart the oven. If the problem persists, disconnect all power to the range for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect the power. If this does not solve the problem, call for service. This code occurs if the PCB temperature rises abnormally high. Call for service This code appears if the divider is inserted or removed while the oven is operating. Make sure the divider is inserted properly, and then restart the oven.
