ENGLISH Preparation FRANÇAIS Préparez votre caméscope Lithium Battery Installation ✤ The lithium battery maintains the clock function and preset contents of the memory; even if the battery pack or AC power adapter is removed. ✤ The lithium battery for the camcorder lasts about 6 months under normal operation from the time of installation. ✤ When the lithium battery becomes weak or dead, the date/time indicator will display "- - - " when you set the DATE/TIME to ON. When this occurs, replace the lithium battery with CR2025 type. 1. Open the Jack Cover. 2 2. Take out the lithium battery holder from the lithium battery compartment. 3. Position the Lithium battery in the Lithium battery holder, with the positive ( ) terminal face down. 3 4. Re-insert the Lithium battery holder into the lithium battery compartment until you can hear a "CLICK". 4 Note The lithium battery must be inserted in the correct direction. Dans ce cas, remplacez-la par une batterie de type CR2025. 1. Ouvrez le couvercle des prises. 2. Retirez le support du compartiment de la batterie au lithium. 3. Placez la batterie au lithium dans son support, face positive ( ) vers le bas. 4. Réinsérez le support de la batterie au lithium dans son compartiment jusqu'à ce qu'un déclic retentisse. Important La batterie doit être correctement positionnée. Warning: Keep the LITHIUM BATTERY out of the reach of the children. Should any battery be swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
