ENGLISH Digital Still Camera mode Protection from accidental erasure ✤ You can protect important images from accidental erasure. ✤ I If you execute FORMAT, all images including protected images I will be erased. 1. Set the mode switch to MEMORY CARD. M.PLAY MODE INITIAL 2. Set the power switch to PLAYER. CAMERA A/V I The last recorded image appears. MEMORY M.PLAY SELECT VIEWER PHOTO QUALITY I I If there are no recorded images on the Memory MPEG4 SIZE PRINT MARK I Card, NO STORED PHOTO! or NO STORED PROTECT FILE NO. MPEG4! and will display on the screen. DELETE FORMAT 3. Using the (FWD) and (REV) buttons, search for the still image that you want to protect. M.PLAY MODE MEMORY SET 4. Press the MENU button. 5. Move the MENU SELECTOR to highlight MEMORY and push the MENU SELECTOR. I The submenu of MEMORY SET will appear. M.PLAY SELECT PHOTO QUALITY MPEG4 SIZE PRINT MARK PROTECT FILE NO. DELETE FORMAT PHOTO SF 320X240 000 SERIES 6. Move the MENU SELECTOR to highlight M.PLAY MODE I PROTECT and push the MENU SELECTOR. MEMORY SET PROTECT 7. Push the MENU SELECTOR to set PROTECT to THIS FILE ON ON or OFF. I THIS FILE : protects the currently selected file from erasure. 8. Using the (FWD) and (REV) buttons, I search for the still image that you wish to protect. 9. To exit the menu, press the MENU button. 92
