To Deactivate the Diverts/Voicemail Service "Settings" → "Call Settings" → "Voicemail & Diverts" → "Deactivate" 1. Select the desired option. To Cancel the Diverts and Voicemail Service Once you have changed the diverts settings, you can cancel them all with this service.
