FX Rx Failed FX Busy Meaning and remedy You cannot clone a track to itself. ("CLONE track (track duplication)" on page 62.) The song is protected ("Protecting songs" on page 40) and you are trying to change it (record or edit, etc.). Unprotect the song. You have 250 songs on one partition. You must delete some before you can create another song. This message appears if you try to import a file when all tracks already have recordings. (See "Importing tracks" on page 75.) You are trying to master with the OUT point at the zero position ("Mixdown" on page 45 and "Mastering" on page 48). Set the OUT point ("Setting IN and OUT points" on page 55) and try again. Insert an SD card after turning off the unit. Insert another SD card after turning off the unit, or format the card by MENU ® CARD ® FORMAT. To record or edit, turn off the unit and un-protect the SD card. The SD card is full during recording. Save the song and turn the unit off and then on, and perform track edit again. Use an SD card larger than 512 MB. Even if the card has enough remaining memory space, this error may occur when you record a long song or edit a lot. You may be able to continue the work if you clear the history ("Erasing the operation history" on page 51.) which may increase the open work memory. You may also be able to continue work by turning the unit off and then on again,which may increas the open work memory. If any of these errors occur, turn the the unit power OFF and restart it.
