To return to the default configuration, please use no spanning-tree common-config command. CIST (Common and Internal Spanning Tree) is the spanning tree in a switched network, connecting all devices in the network. By default, it is 0 which is mean auto. int-cost -- Internal Path Cost, which is used to choose the path and calculate the path costs of ports in an MST region.
