Table 2-5 Site Survey LABEL ESSID BSSID Channel Network Type Security Signal Rates Rescan DESCRIPTION This field displays the SSID (or name) of each wireless device. This field displays the MAC address of the wireless device. This field displays the channel number used by each wireless device. This field displays the wireless network type (Infrastructure or Ad Hoc) of the wireless device. This field shows whether the data encryption or user authentication is activated or inactive. This field displays the signal strength of each wireless device in percentage. This field displays the transmission rates the wireless device supports.
