Lights Replacing a Front Parking/Side Marker Bulb 1. Open the hood. 2. Remove the left or right side engine compartment cover (see page 457 ). If you are replacing the bulb on the driver's side, remove the battery cover (see page 492 ). CLIP BULB SOCKET 6. Install the new bulb into the socket. 7. Insert the socket back into the headlight assembly. Turn it clockwise to lock it in place. 8. Turn on the lights to make sure the new bulb is working. 9. (Passenger's side) Reinstall the windshield washer reservoir. Maintenance 3. (Passenger's side) Use a flat-tip screwdriver to remove the holding clip from the windshield washer reservoir. 4. Remove the socket from the headlight assembly by turning it one-quarter turn counterclockwise. 5. Pull the bulb straight out of its socket. Reinstall the engine compartment side cover. 10.(Driver's side) Reinstall the battery cover. 471
