NOTICE: Adding only plain water to your cooling system can be dangerous. Plain water, or some other liquid like alcohol, boil beforethe proper can coolant mixturewill. Your vehicle's coolant warning system is set the proper coolant for mixture. With plain water or the wrong mixture, your engine could get too but you wouldn't hot get the overheat warning. Your engine could catch fire and you or otherscould beburned. Use a 50/50 mixture of clean water and DEX-COOL@coolant. In cold weather,water can freeze and crack the engine, radiator, heater core and otherparts. So use the recommended coolant. You can be burned if you spillcoolant on hot engine parts. Coolant containsethylene glycol hot and itwill burn if the engine parts are enough. Don't spill coolant onhot engine. a 5-19
