1-4 In Brief Press LOCK to lock all doors. Lock and unlock feedback can be personalized. Press L to sound the horn and to flash the exterior lamps for 30 seconds. Press L again to cancel the panic alarm. See Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) System Operation on page 2‑3. Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) System The RKE transmitter is used to remotely lock and unlock the doors from up to 9 m (30 feet) away from the vehicle. Door Locks Unlock the doors from outside the vehicle by using the key in the door, or by pressing the UNLOCK button on the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter. Press UNLOCK to unlock the driver door. Press again within three seconds to unlock all remaining doors. From inside, use the manual lock lever, or the power door lock switch.
