It is recommended to clean and re-oil using biodegradable foam air filter cleaner and oil. żHowever, if you use petroleum-based foam air filter oil, be sure to remove the biodegradable foam air filter oil completely. żMixing the two kinds of oil may form a gluey white substance, though it does not affect the efficiency of the cleaner. NOTE żReplace the element after cleaning it five times or if it is damaged.
