New Vehicle "Break-In" NOTICE: Your modern Pontiacdoesn't need an elaborate "break-in." But itwill perform better in the long run if you followthese guidelines: Don't drive at anyone speed fast or slow for the first miles (805 km). 500 Don't make full-throttle starts.
