4.6 Boot menu The Boot menu items allow you to change the system boot options. Select an item then press Enter to display the sub-menu. 4.6.1 Boot Settings Configuration Quick Boot [Enabled] Enabling this item allows BIOS to skip some power on self tests (POST) while booting to decrease the time needed to boot the system. When set to [Disabled], BIOS performs all the POST items. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled] Quiet Boot [Disabled] Setting to [Disabled] displays the normal POST messages. Quick Boot [Enabled]
