Touchpad Descriptions Selects the upper oven in double oven modes. Press before selecting or changing settings in the upper oven. Selects the lower oven in double oven models. Press before selecting or changing settings in the upper oven. Turns Panel Lock mode on and off. Provides access to user settings to allow customization of basic display, language and other features. Sets probe target temperature. Enables Fast Preheat option. Press to clear upper oven settings. Activates Self Clean mode. Press to clear lower oven settings. Allows access to cooking/heating modes that do not have a direct access touchpad. Turns the oven lights on or off. Press to set the clock. Starts and stops the kitchen timer(s). Press to edit a timer. Press to edit the oven timer for the selected oven. Turns off the oven at the end of the specified time. Set the Delay Cook timer for the selected oven. More Modes Additional modes are available by pressing the More Modes touchpad. These modes include Convection Broil, Pizza, Proof Dough and Roast. These are discussed in the Getting the Most Out of Your Appliance section later in this manual. Display Symbols Note: All symbols are displayed on the single oven.
