The toner cartridge is old or damaged. Action Replace the media with a recommended size and type, and confirm that your printer driver settings are correct. In the printer driver, deactivate the Toner Save Mode in the Print Quality setting of Advanced tab (Windows®), or the General dialog box (Macintosh®). Contact your dealer or Brother Customer Service.
