Duplex Unit (DX-8000) You can install an optional duplex unit to this printer. WARNING Be sure to switch off the power and unplug the power cord from the outlet before carrying out the operations. If not, you might get an electrical shock. Installing the Duplex Unit 1 Turn off the printer power switch. 2 Pull out the power cord from the AC power outlet/socket and then the printer. 3 Remove the packing that protects the DX connector.
