1 Fan the pages well and stagger them at an angle. 2 Open the document support (1) and the document tray (2), then pull out the extension (3). 3 Put the documents face down, top edge first in the ADF until you feel them touch the feed roller (4). 4 Adjust the paper guides to fit the width of your documents (5). Documents are Face Down in the ADF. Paper Guides DO NOT pull on the document while it is feeding. INTRODUCTION 1 - 9
