Troubleshooting Eyes appear red (p. 86). • Set the [Red-Eye Lamp] to [On] (p. 137). When shooting with the flash, the lamp (on the front of the camera) lights (p. 42), and for approximately 1 second while the camera is reducing red-eye, it is not possible to shoot. It is more effective if the subject is looking directly at the lamp. Even better results can be obtained by increasing the lighting in indoor settings or approaching closer to the subject. Eyes appear red (p. 86).

Set the [Red-Eye Lamp] to [On] (p. 137). When shooting with the flash, the lamp
