TX/RX SETTINGS 1. TWO-SIDED PRINT 2. RECEIVE REDUCTION ON 1. RX REDUCTION 2. REDUCE DIRECTION OFF 3. RX PAGE FOOTER 4. CONT. PRINTING RX TO MEMORY KEEP PRINTING Sets whether the machine prints received documents on both sides of the paper. (See Chapter 4, "Sending and Receiving," in the Reference Guide.) - OFF - ON Sets whether the received images print out at a reduced size. (See Chapter 4, "Sending and Receiving," in the Reference Guide.) Image reduction is turned on. Selects the reducing type. - AUTO - FIXED REDUCTION (90%, 95%, 97%, 75%) Selects the reducing direction. - VERTICAL ONLY - HORIZ & VERTICAL Image reduction is turned off. Sets whether to insert the machine's fax number and the sender information on received faxes. - OFF - ON Selects how the machine responds when the message appears. The machine stores all documents in memory. The machine does not store documents in memory if the toner runs out. Reset to after replacing the toner cartridge. Machine Settings 12-14
