Overview of Configuring and Installing Conference Stations Chapter 1 An Overview of the Conference Station Installing Conference Stations After you have added the conference stations to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database, you can complete the conference station installation. You (or the conference station users) can install the conference station at the users's location. The Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7937G Installation Guide provides directions for connecting the conference station to the network, and connecting any optional accessories to the conference station. To finish installing the conference station, configure the network settings on the conference station depending on whether you enable or disable DHCP service. If you used auto-registration, you need to update the specific configuration information for the conference station such as associating the conference station with a user, changing the button table, or directory number.
