Removing a Diskette Drive from the External Diskette Drive Bay A diskette drive must be removed from the external diskette drive bay before it can be inserted in the MultiBay. To remove the diskette drive from the drive bay- 1. Turn the diskette drive bay upside down. 2. Gently slide the drive away from the diskette drive cable connectors, then pull the drive out of the drive bay. Inserting a Diskette Drive into the External Diskette Drive Bay 1. Turn the diskette drive bay upside down. 2. Gently slide the drive toward the diskette drive cable connectors until the connectors engage, then push the drive into the drive bay until it is seated. Removing a Diskette Drive from the
External Diskette Drive Bay
A diskette drive must be removed from the external diskette drive
bay before it can be inserted in the MultiBay.
To remove the diskette drive from the drive bay
—
1. Turn the diskette drive bay upside down.
2. Gently slide the drive away from the diskette drive cable
connectors, then pull the drive out of the drive bay.
