Syntax delete iproute [default|] Description This command will delete an existing entry from the switch's IP routing table. Parameters Default − Deletes a default IP route entry. − IP address and netmask of the IP interface that is the destination of the route. You can specify the address and mask information using the traditional format (for example, 10.1.2.3/255.0.0.0 or in CIDR format, 10.1.2.3/16). Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command. Example Usage: To delete the default IP route from the switch's routing table: local>delete iproute default 194

Purpose
Used to delete an IP route entry from the
switch’s IP routing table.
Syntax
delete iproute
[default|<network_address>]
Description
This command will delete an existing entry
from the switch’s IP routing table.
Parameters
Default

Deletes a default IP route entry.
<network_address>
−
IP
address
and
netmask of the IP interface that is the
destination of the route.
You can specify
the address and mask information using the
traditional
format
(for
example,
10.1.2.3/255.0.0.0 or in CIDR format,
10.1.2.3/16).
