Static entries will not be removed using this command. Syntax clear ipv6 neighbors [ipv6-address] [interface] Parameters ipv6-address interface interface Enter the IPv6 address of the neighbor in the x:x:x:x::x format to remove a specific IPv6 neighbor. The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal fields of zero. To remove all neighbor entries learned on a specific interface, enter the keyword interface followed by the interface type and slot/port or number information of the interface: • For a Fast Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fastEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a 1-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a Port Channel interface, enter the keyword port-channel followed by a number: E-Series Range: 1 to 32 for EtherScale, 1 to 255 for TeraScale and 1 to 512 for ExaScale. • For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a VLAN, enter the keyword vlan followed by the VLAN ID. The range is from 1 to 4094. Command Modes EXEC EXEC Privilege ipv6 nd managed-config-flag e Set the managed address configuration flag in the IPv6 router advertisement. The description of this flag from RFC 2461 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2461) is: M: 1-bit "Managed address configuration" flag. When set, hosts use the administered (stateful) protocol for address autoconfiguration in addition to any addresses autoconfigured using stateless address autoconfiguration. The use of this flag is described in: Thomson, S. and T. Narten, "IPv6 Address Autoconfiguration", RFC 2462, December 1998. Syntax ipv6 nd managed-config-flag To clear the flag from the IPv6 router advertisements, use the no ipv6 nd managed-config-flag command. Defaults The default flag is 0.
