NOTICE: To prevent data loss, turn off your Tablet-PC (see "Turning Off Your Tablet-PC" on page 155) before removing the hard drive. Do not remove the hard drive while the Tablet-PC is on, in sleep, standby, or hibernate mode. NOTICE: Hard drives are extremely fragile; even a slight bump can damage the drive. NOTE: Dell does not guarantee compatibility or provide support for hard drives from sources other than Dell. Removing the Hard Drive 1 Follow the procedures in "Before You Begin" on page 155. 2 Turn the Tablet-PC over, and loosen the two captive screws on the metal bracket that holds the hard drive. NOTICE: When the hard drive is not in the Tablet-PC, store it in protective antistatic packaging.
