Basic Printing With Macintosh OS X When you're ready to print a document from your Macintosh OS X application, follow these steps: Note: Make sure you added your printer to the Printer Setup Utility or Print Center as described on the Start Here sheet. 1. Make sure the printer is on and paper is loaded. 2. From the File menu, select Page Setup. 3. Select your printer in the Format for menu. Note: If you're printing on roll paper, select one of the roll paper options. If you want to print without margins, select one of the borderless versions. (See page 35 for details.) 4. Basic Printing With Macintosh OS X
When you’re ready to print a document from your Macintosh OS X application,
follow these steps:

Make sure you added your printer to the Printer Setup Utility or Print
Center as described on the
Start Here
sheet.
1.
Make sure the printer is on and paper is loaded.
2.
From the File menu, select
Page Setup
.
3.
Select your printer in the Format for menu.
Note:
If you’re printing on roll paper, select one of the roll paper options. If you
want to print without margins, select one of the borderless versions. (See
page 35 for details.)
4.
Select the Paper Size and Orientation. When you’re finished, click
OK
.
