CHAPTER 6: Troubleshooting Diagnostic LEDs This system board provides a set of eight diagnostic (Port 80) LEDs. If you are troubleshooting your system, these LEDs can help you determine where errors are taking place. If you are experiencing problems with your server, open the case and check these LEDs (CR12, CR13, CR6, CR7, CR8, CR9, CR10 and CR11) on the system board, then check the tables on the following pages to determine the problem. The location of Port 80 LEDs is shown in the following illustration: The eight diagnostic LEDs are divided into two groups. LEDs from CR8-CR11 comprise one group, and LEDs from CR12-CR7 comprise the other group. The two groups represent the two digits of the hex code. The CR8-CR11 group stands for the first digit and the CR12-CR7 group stands for the second. 72
