Printing an envelope NOTE Only use envelopes that are recommended for laser printers. See Printer media considerations for more information. Use the priority feed slot for printing one envelope. Use the main input tray for printing multiple envelopes. 1. Before loading the envelope, slide the media guides outward to slightly wider than the envelopes. NOTE If the envelope has a flap on the short edge, feed that edge into the printer first. 2. Place the envelope with the side to be printed facing up and the top edge along the left media guide. 3.
