The following error codes might appear: ● 201: Unexpected failure. Something unexplained occurred. ● 202: Authentication not available. The service is too busy to accept the request. ● 203: Authentication not supported. ● 204: Encryption not supported. ● 205: Invalid parameter. ● 206: Invalid LDAP logon method; logon method not supported by the LDAP server. ● 207: Unexpected LDAP failure. Either the LDAP server or the connection is bad. ● 208: LDAP server not available; it is either not a server or not running LDAP. ● 209: LDAP server is too busy. ● 210: Invalid LDAP user name. The Digital Sending Service at 15.xx.yy.zz does not service this MFP. Contact administrator The license for the MFP was removed from the Digital Sending service at IP address 15.xx.yy.zz, but the service was unable to communicate with the MFP at the time. Therefore, the MFP was not notified that it was no longer licensed. When this error occurs, the MFP will be updated to indicate that it is not licensed by a Digital Sending Service, so the message will only appear once. ● Re-license the MFP. Digital Send Communication Error. The MFP was unable to connect to HP DSS v. 4 ● Verify HP DSS v. 4 is running. ● Verify HP DSS v. 4 and the MFP are on the network. ● Turn the MFP off and back on. ● Restart HP DSS v. 4 ● Restart the computer on which HP DSS v. 4 is installed.
