2. Remove two screws (callout 1), disconnect one connector (callout 2), and then remove the pickup motor (callout 35). Figure 2-162 Remove the tray-pickup drive assembly (2 of 3) 2 3 1 3. Remove three screws, and then remove the tray-pickup drive assembly. NOTE: The cams on the main-drive assembly can prevent the tray-pickup drive assembly from releasing from the product. If you cannot remove the assembly, remove the DC controller and tray to provide additional space. See DC controller PCA and tray on page 161. You might also need to remove the wire guide from the main-drive assembly. See Figure 2-198 Remove the main-drive assembly (3 of 6) on page 205.
