13.02 Jam error in Tray 1 Use the following procedure to clear paper jams in Tray 1. Recommended action for customers When a jam occurs, the control panel displays a message that assists in clearing the jam. ● 13.02.yz Paper jam in Tray 1 Y and Z are variables and can be any of the following 0-9 or A-F. 1. If you can see the jammed sheet in Tray 1, remove the jammed sheet by pulling it straight out. 2.
