Table 8-1 HP Embedded Web Server Information tab (continued) Menu Description Usage Page Shows a summary of the number of pages the printer has printed, grouped by size, type, and paper print path. Device Information Shows the printer network name, address, and model information. To customize these entries, click the Device Information menu on the General tab. Control Panel Snapshot Shows an image of the current screen on the control panel display. Print Upload a print-ready file from the computer to print. The printer uses the default print settings to print the file. Printable Reports and Pages Lists the internal reports and pages for the printer. Select one or more items to print or view. Open Source Licenses Shows a summary of the licenses for open source software programs that can be used with the printer. Change the default display language and keyboard layouts. Configure jobs that are available in the Quick Sets area of the Home screen on the printer control panel. Setup email alerts for various printer and supplies events. Shows the menu structure of the Administration menu on the control panel. NOTE: Configure settings on this screen, or the HP Embedded Web Server provides more advanced configuration options than are available through the Administration menu. Configure how the printer recovers from jams and whether copy jobs initiated at the printer control panel take priority over print jobs. Configure the printer to send automated emails regarding printer configuration and supplies to specific email addresses. Add or customize a link to another Web site. This link displays in the footer area on all HP Embedded Web Server pages. Enter information about ordering replacement cartridges. This information displays on the supplies status page. Name the printer and assign an asset number to it. Enter the name of the primary contact who will receive information about the printer. Set the language in which to display the HP Embedded Web Server information. Set the date and time or synchronize with a network time server. Set or edit sleep settings for business and non-business hours and wake, sleep, and holiday events for the printer.
