Uninstall, add, or repair by using the installation CD After installing the software, use the installation CD to uninstall the software, add another printer, or repair installation errors. 1. Insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive. Install MS Windows software components Figure 3-13 Welcome Back! screen The Welcome Back! contains options in the left panel. Move the cursor over each option to see a description of the option. Add/Repair. Use this option to add another printer, repair installation errors, or to uninstall the printing-system software. Help. Use this option to view the HP LaserJet M1005 MFP user documentation and support. Uninstall. Use this option to start the uninstall wizard. See Uninstall instructions for MS Windows 2000, MS Windows XP, and MS Windows Server 2003. Exit. Use this option to exit the process. 2. After clicking an option, follow the onscreen prompts to complete the process. ENWW Uninstall 49
