CIS scanner drive gears NOTE: HP LaserJet Professional M1210 MFP series only. Before proceeding, remove the following components: ● Paper-delivery tray. See Paper-delivery tray (output bin extension) on page 21. ● Scanner assembly. See Scanner assembly on page 30. ● ADF top cover. See ADF top cover on page 43. ● ADF core. See ADF core on page 45. ● ADF tray. See ADF tray on page 48. ● ADF base. See ADF base or scanner assembly lid on page 51. ● Scanner assembly bezel. See Scanner assembly bezel on page 53. Remove the CIS scanner drive gears 1. Move the CIS scanner out of the way to expose the drive gears. 2. Remove one screw (callout 1), and then remove three gears (callout 2).
