Remove the base enclosure: 1. Position the computer upside down on a flat surface. 2. Remove the two Phillips M2.5 × 6.0 screws (1) and the eight Phillips M2.0 × 5.0 screws (2) that secure the base enclosure to the computer. 3. Slide a non-marking, non-conductive pry tool around the edge of the base enclosure to loosen it (1), taking care not to damage the internal clips, and then remove the base enclosure (2). Remove the base enclosure:
