Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 36). 2. Remove the base enclosure (see Base enclosure on page 36). 3. Disconnect the cable from the battery (see Battery on page 38). Remove the USB board: 1. Disconnect the USB board cable from the zero-insertion force (ZIF) connector (1) on the USB board. 2. Disconnect the cables from the two ZIF connectors on the USB board (2) and (3). 3. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screw (4), and then lift the USB board to remove it (5).
