Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 36). 2. Remove the base enclosure (see Base enclosure on page 36). 3. Disconnect the cable from the battery (see Battery on page 38). 4. Remove the fans (see Fan assembly on page 54). 5. Remove the heat sink (see Heat sink on page 47). 6. Remove the display (see Display assembly on page 60). Remove the speakers: 1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board (1). 2. Lift and remove the speakers (2) .
